Right click scroll?

When right clicking on bottom files in a folder it will not give you the complete menu. I am at 1920 resolution so it should show all but I think maybe a scrollable menu will allow for all features of the right click menu.

It has the same behavior even on a 4k resolution. So it's imho a bug.
Also would it be nice, when we can select the default view type. List view is more better than this grid view.

Hi Drakon, hi Chris,

Thank you both, and thank you for confirming it at 4K as well — that settled it.

You are right, this is a bug, not a limit of your screen. The right-click menu is drawn below the file you clicked, so for the last rows in a long listing it runs past the bottom of the window and the lower entries cannot be reached. It should stay on screen: open upwards when there is no room below, and scroll when the menu itself is taller than what is left. We will fix it, and it will come in an update.

On the default view, Chris: the file manager does have a Grid / List switch at the top right of the file list, so you can work in list view today. What it does not do yet is remember the choice — it goes back to grid the next time you open the page. That is a fair point and we will make it stick, together with the menu fix above.

Thank you for the reports.
