Panelica is now live on AWS Marketplace
Today marks a milestone for the project: Panelica is officially listed on AWS Marketplace.
If you have an AWS account, you can now search for "Panelica Hosting Panel" in the AWS Marketplace console, launch an instance, and have a complete hosting panel running on your own server in minutes. No manual setup, no separate install script to run by hand — AWS provisions the instance and Panelica comes up ready to use.
Getting here wasn't just a matter of uploading an image. AWS puts every marketplace listing through a serious round of security scanning and technical review before it goes public. Our AMI had to pass that process end to end. It did, and that's exactly the kind of scrutiny we want a project like this to go through before it reaches your infrastructure.
For anyone new here: Panelica isn't a single-user control panel. It's built to carry a full hosting operation, with ROOT, ADMIN, RESELLER, and USER layers so an agency, a hosting reseller, or a solo sysadmin can all use the same panel at the scale they actually need — from one server to many, from one account to hundreds.
We built Panelica because we host real servers ourselves and wanted a panel with a modern foundation instead of decades of legacy weight. Today that panel is one AWS search away for anyone who manages infrastructure. We think that matters now for sysadmins and hosting operators, and increasingly it will matter for a much wider audience as self-hosting keeps getting more accessible. Either way, it's a good time to get familiar with what a panel built from scratch, in 2026, actually looks like.
