Currently trying to migrate some sites from DA to Panelica but failing.

The DA setup consists of 2 servers, DA01 which hosts files and DA and DB01 which hosts only the MariaDB.
They both have external addresses but the DB connection runs over a second network with IP's 192.168.1.145 and 146, could this be the issue?
