Subdomain web server mode support, PHP-FPM reboot recovery, and service boot configuration improvements

Changes​
  • Bug Fix — Subdomains now correctly use the parent domain web server mode (direct PHP or Apache proxy)
  • Bug Fix — PHP-FPM services for all users now automatically restart after server reboot
  • Improvement — Service auto-start settings now properly apply on system startup
