Postfix HELO identity auto-sync, server hostname propagation, license secret_key activation fix

Changes​
  • Bug Fix — Postfix HELO identity now auto-syncs from panel hostname setting — prevents emails being flagged as spam due to mismatched HELO (e.g. "Ubuntu-2404-noble-amd64-base")
  • Bug Fix — Postfix rate limiting no longer overrides security restrictions (smtpd_recipient_restrictions duplicate removed)
  • Improvement — Server hostname changes automatically propagate to Postfix myhostname/mydomain
  • Improvement — Backend startup validates and corrects Postfix hostname on boot
  • Bug Fix — License activation now returns and persists secret_key — fixes update report invalid_license error on fresh installations
