Subdomain SSL improvements and UI stability fix

Changes​
  • New Feature — Subdomains now automatically inherit SSL certificates from parent domain
  • New Feature — SSL/HTTPS toggle added to subdomain creation form, enabled by default
  • Bug Fix — Fixed UI crash when deleting subdomains caused by tooltip component conflicts
