Setup wizard, license key handling, translations, and release build improvements.

Changes​
  • Bug Fix — Setup wizard auto-complete issue on fresh install has been fixed
  • Bug Fix — License key refresh during update downloads has been improved
  • Bug Fix — Terms and EULA translations added for all 30 languages (1334 translations)
  • Improvement — Installation package size reduced from 7.3GB to 2.5GB
  • Improvement — Migration system comments cleaned up and standardized
