Service reliability improvements: boot configuration, PHP-FPM recovery, and package download fixes

Changes​
  • Bug Fix — Service auto-start settings now correctly persist and apply after server restart
  • Bug Fix — PHP-FPM services for all users now automatically recover after server reboot
  • Bug Fix — Package download no longer fails for large files
  • Improvement — Subdomains now correctly inherit parent domain web server configuration
