Server Monitoring — Real-Time Metrics and Resource Usage

Panelica provides real-time monitoring of your server's CPU, memory, disk, network, and services — directly from the panel with no external tools required.

Monitoring Dashboard

From the sidebar, go to MonitoringPanelica Monitoring.

The dashboard displays real-time gauge widgets for:

  • CPU Usage — Current processor utilization percentage.
  • Memory Usage — RAM consumption in GB and percentage.
  • Disk Usage — Storage consumption per partition.
  • Swap Usage — Virtual memory usage.
  • Network I/O — Incoming and outgoing traffic.
  • Load Average — System load over 1, 5, and 15 minutes.
  • TCP Connections — Active network connections.
  • Uptime — How long the server has been running.

Gauges change color based on severity: green when under 50%, yellow between 50-75%, orange between 75-90%, and red above 90%.

Below the gauges, interactive charts show historical data for CPU, memory, disk I/O, and network traffic over time.

Resource Usage per User

From the sidebar, go to MonitoringResource Usage.

This page shows resource consumption broken down by user account:

  • Username and role
  • Assigned plan
  • CPU usage vs. limit (with progress bar)
  • Memory usage vs. limit (with progress bar)
  • Disk usage vs. limit (with progress bar)
  • I/O read/write rates
  • Process count vs. limit
  • Quota status (OK or Exceeded)

Click on any user to expand their row and see domain-level resource usage — how much each domain under that user is consuming.

A real-time monitoring toggle lets you enable auto-refresh with a configurable interval (1 second to 60 seconds).

Process Manager

From the sidebar, go to MonitoringProcess Manager.

This shows all running processes on the server — similar to the top command but with a graphical interface. You can sort by CPU usage, memory usage, or process name, and terminate problematic processes directly from the panel.

Log Management

From the sidebar, go to MonitoringLog Management.

The log viewer provides access to:

  • Access Logs — Nginx and Apache request logs with filtering by status code, path, and IP address.
  • Error Logs — PHP, MySQL, and system error logs.
  • System Logs — Systemd journal logs.
  • Logrotate — Log rotation configuration to manage log file sizes.

Bandwidth Usage

From the sidebar, go to MonitoringBandwidth Usage.

This page tracks network bandwidth consumption over time, helping you identify traffic patterns and plan capacity.
